📋 1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Wad Blast 3D ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
📱 2. License to Use
VEOSTA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
- Use cheats, exploits, automation tools, or any unauthorized third-party software
- Exploit bugs or glitches for an unfair advantage
🪙 3. In-App Currency & Purchases
The App may include virtual currency ("Coins") and virtual items ("Projectiles"). These are licensed, not sold, to you.
- Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money
- All purchases of virtual items are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law
- We reserve the right to modify, manage, or discontinue virtual items or currency at any time
📢 4. Advertising
The App may display advertisements, including interstitial and rewarded video ads provided by third-party ad networks (e.g., Google AdMob). By using the App, you consent to receiving such advertisements.
Rewarded ads are optional and provide in-game benefits when voluntarily watched.

You agree not to:
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
- Manipulate game progress, scores, or leaderboard rankings through any illegitimate means

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. VEOSTA does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VEOSTA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
